1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and criktx ("criktx", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the criktx website located at criktx.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and account management functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the criktx Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the criktx Platform and you must not register an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the criktx Platform, including registered account holders and visitors. They should be read in conjunction with the criktx Privacy Policy and the criktx Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

1.1 Governing Language

The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version. criktx operates as an English-language platform specifically designed for the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the English-language text of these Terms shall prevail.

1.2 Amendments to These Terms

criktx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the criktx website at the /terms-conditions URL. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version entered into force. Your continued use of the criktx Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a criktx account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. criktx reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with criktx and to place any bet or play any game on the Platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. criktx applies strict age verification procedures to all new accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm your date of birth before your account is approved for real-money play.

criktx takes underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after verification. If you are aware of any underage person accessing the criktx Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

criktx is designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and at the time of placing bets or playing games. Players who use VPN services, proxy servers, or other means to disguise their geographic location are in breach of these Terms, and any account found to be doing so may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts, you are not eligible to use the criktx Platform.

2.4 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by criktx or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform. If you have previously self-excluded from the criktx Platform and that exclusion period has not yet expired, you must not attempt to register a new account. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible player may register one criktx account. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name or under a different name or identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your criktx account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh NID number or passport number, current residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You are responsible for keeping this information current. To update your registered details, contact [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your criktx login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. criktx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify criktx immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

criktx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent point that criktx deems necessary — you may be required to submit documents including but not limited to:

• A copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your NID or passport alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and the word "criktx"

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by criktx will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete. criktx reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory KYC completion.

3.4 Account Currency

All criktx accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied within the criktx Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the criktx Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). criktx supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Bangladesh-based payment methods. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at criktx's discretion.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

criktx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa debit and credit cards, and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Payment method availability may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and your account verification status.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for criktx accounts is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Specific limits applicable to your account are displayed in your criktx account dashboard at the time of transaction. criktx reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your criktx BDT balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to process during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. If a deposit has not appeared in your criktx balance within the standard processing window, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during BST operating hours are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance holds on your account. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally faster than withdrawals to bank accounts. criktx does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Source

As a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure, criktx requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment source used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. For example, if you deposited via your bKash account registered to mobile number 017XXXXXXXX, your withdrawal must be directed to that same bKash account. Requests to withdraw to a different payment source require additional verification and may be subject to a longer processing time.

4.6 Declined Transactions

criktx reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where criktx has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the affected funds may be withheld pending investigation. criktx will notify the account holder of a transaction decline or hold where it is safe and legally permissible to do so.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the criktx Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that bet type or game, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting market on the criktx Platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

criktx offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on cricket, football, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in BDT. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the criktx platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. criktx reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or in error, and to correct pricing errors at any time before settlement.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and reinstatement based on match events. Bets submitted during a market suspension may be rejected or cancelled. criktx accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension arising from match incidents, data feed delays, or technical interruptions.

5.3 Casino Games

Casino games including live dealer tables (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) and slot titles (from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers) are subject to their respective game rules as published by the game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the criktx Platform and the game provider's rules, the game provider's rules shall prevail for the purposes of settlement. All game outcomes on the criktx Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-world events in the case of live dealer tables.

5.4 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) as applicable; for football, the relevant national federation or FIFA. In the event that an official result is not available, criktx will use commercially reasonable sources to determine the settlement outcome. Settlement decisions made by criktx in good faith using available data are final.

5.5 Insufficient Funds

Bets may only be placed using available cleared funds in your criktx BDT account balance. Attempting to place a bet that exceeds your available balance will be rejected by the Platform. criktx does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

criktx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion on the criktx Platform. The following general bonus terms apply to all criktx promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified criktx account holders who are aged 18 or over and who satisfy any additional eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses are personal to the individual account holder and may not be transferred between accounts. criktx reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by criktx are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game contribution restrictions will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse criktx bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

criktx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions that have already been credited to player accounts before a modification takes effect will be governed by the terms in place at the time of crediting.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the criktx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing bets if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one criktx account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• False identity: Providing false or misleading registration information, including using another person's identity documents to pass KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using the criktx Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity, or to otherwise launder money through gambling transactions.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using knowledge obtained through involvement in the organisation, administration, or conduct of a sporting event that is not publicly available.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• System manipulation: Using software, bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the criktx Platform itself.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to your criktx account, except where criktx has materially failed to deliver the service for which the deposit was made.
• VPN and location masking: Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the criktx Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at criktx staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Both you and criktx have the right to close or suspend a criktx account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your criktx account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements and KYC verification being complete. Once closed, you will no longer be able to access your account history or place bets. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which prevents re-registration for a defined period.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by criktx

criktx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account has been used in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity; the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or criktx is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. In cases of suspension for investigation, criktx will endeavour to complete its review promptly and notify the account holder of the outcome.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

A criktx account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. criktx will send an email notification to the registered address before a dormancy policy is applied. A dormant account may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to cover account maintenance costs, deducted from the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected] before the balance is depleted.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your criktx account — whether initiated by you or by criktx — these Terms shall continue to apply to any transactions, disputes, or claims that arose during the period when your account was active. The sections of these Terms relating to prohibited conduct, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive account closure and remain binding on both parties.
